Our focus is preparing students to create, view and appreciated art and design in the world where we live and beyond.

We aim to arm them with the skills and techniques they need to have success in creating their own artwork.

We want to teach them to draw for different purposes and record their ideas in many different ways, with drawing as a springboard for further purposeful explorations.

We aim to broaden students understanding of the world and encourage them to see more than they first think of.

 

We are all surrounded by more visual input, stimulus and design in our lives than ever before.....our rooms, homes, gardens, clothes, cards, CDs, film, TV magazines, fashion, furniture, the presents we buy and the cards we send  EVERYTHING  is designed by SOMEONE!
